The house is a 5 bed and 2.5 bath. A 15 minute bus ride to campus and the nearest grocery store, and only a 13 minute walk to Stone Road Mall.

• On the main floor, unfurnished with built-in wardrobes and built-in removable desk, north-facing window, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, rental agreement is renewable

House features:

• 13 minute walk or one short bus ride to Stone Road Mall

• Shared, fully-furnished living space

• Shared full bathroom between 4 people (including double sinks and bathtub/shower combo) and shared powder room on the main floor

Currently, there are four students (second, third, and fourth years) living in the house, ranging in age from 19 to 24. We are female and gender non-conforming students open to co-ed housing and pets. We are respectful and studious, but might throw parties occasionally. Looking for other respectful, studious, and clean students.
