Welcome to Carpathia co-op! This beautiful townhouse complex is located in the middle of beautiful River Heights. It offers a family friendly park-like setting, with all the amenities that you need close by. The room that is available is a standard bedroom, closet, tile flooring, south facing window, (very sunny) The common areas would be shared and there is only one bathroom. This is a two story townhouse with full basement where the washer and dryer are located (free). There is a fully fenced back yard with a deck for summer use, and a utility shed for storage of bikes/garden tools etc….Also want to mention that we have central air, a bbq and a smoker if you want to use. Would help if you like plants/gardening as I have a lot of plants around my house and like to actively garden in the summer months and we compost as well. There is a small treed area next to us with a pathway to walk through which is frequently occupied by deer so must be someone who respects nature as much as we do. ☺️ The ideal roommate would be someone who appreciates a clean home, shares in the household chores, (vacuum, wash dishes etc…) We are very neat and tidy people and would like to keep the home that way!

I am F age 46, I do not drink or smoke or do drugs. I am very friendly, like to laugh and I’m pretty easy to get along with. I am a teacher at a college so I work Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. On the weekends I will be occupied doing anything that is outdoors (camping, hiking, fishing, yoga, foraging, beaches, riding bikes, gardening) Basically anything so I can be outside getting much needed vitamin D! I have two children a daughter who is 27, lives with her partner, and a son who’s 21 and he lives with me. He is friendly, funny, respectful, kind, and considerate of other people. Very easy to get along with as well! He works full time and in the summer he will be travelling for his work on the railroads. We have been living in the Co-opportune 17 years now and we have loved it! It’s centrally located, very walkable if you need anything; Superstore, Safeway, bulk barn, Stella’s….. lots of very accessible services. We love animals however I am allergic to most of them so we ask that you don’t bring any pets. We would prefer someone who doesn’t smoke, smoke weed, or drink…..however if you were to smoke it would have to be done outside and disposed of properly in a receptacle, not on the ground!
