Room for rent in 3 bedroom apartment! Great location in the North End. Lease takeover until August 31 with potential to renew! Looking a non-smoker, any gender, 20s/30s. Must be queer-friendly.
Rent is $950 inclusive (I’m covering utilities + discount until August 31!). Lease takeover with potential to renew in September. 1 bathroom with full tub. On Agricola Street near the Commons. ~10-15 minute walk to Sobeys or Superstore, less than 5 minute walk to Gottingen and Robie bus routes. Street parking only. The apartment is not accessible as it has stairs. One roommate is allergic to cats, so unfortunately not pet friendly. Laundry is in the building, app-operated.
About the room: Dimensions approx 8.5’ x 8’, southwest-facing window. Option to have the room partially furnished (bed and desk) at no extra cost! (different than what’s shown in pictures)
About the roomies
First roommate is a recent grad, lesbian, mid 20s. Second roommate is a paramedic, straight woman, early 30s. Enjoy being social and having people over, but no big parties. Pretty quiet most of the time as both roommates work outside the home. Candidly, these two are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met and I’m sad I won’t be seeing them every day!!
