Private room available in 3-bedroom apartment! Awesome location in the North End. Looking a non-smoker, any gender. Must be queer-friendly.

Rent is $965 + electricity and internet (internet is ~$25 per month per person, electricity last summer was about ~$35 per month per person). Tenant insurance required on individual basis, I pay $15 per month. All in: approx $1040 per month from June-August. June 1st move-in date, potential to have access last week of May. 3 month sublet (until August 31st) OR lease takeover with potential to renew. 1 bathroom with full tub. On Agricola Street near the Commons. ~10-15 minute walk to Sobeys or Superstore, less than 5 minute walk to Gottingen and Robie bus routes. No parking spot, street parking only. The apartment is not accessible as it has stairs. One roommate is allergic to cats, so unfortunately not pet friendly. Laundry is in the building, app-operated, $3 per wash and $3 per dry. Note that I will be taking some of the furniture in common areas + kitchen supplies.

About the room: Dimensions approx 8.5’ x 8’, southwest-facing window. Unfurnished. I do have some friends who are looking to sell/get rid of some furniture though, so if you’re interested in that, let me know!

First roommate is a recent grad, lesbian, mid 20s. Second roommate is a paramedic, straight woman, early 30s. Enjoy being social and having people over, but no big parties. Pretty quiet most of the time as both roommates work outside the home. Candidly, these two are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met and I’m sad I won’t be seeing them every day!!
