In the basement, there is laundry, an extra bathroom and plenty of storage. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, on a bus route, close to Oxford and Wonderland (restaurants, groceries, etc). You would be sharing the rest of the house with me (the owner - female, 36). As a roommate, I am tidy, responsible and considerate and I have a lot of experience sharing living space. I am very straightforward and honest. I enjoy cleaning, gardening, and baking. It would be great if you enjoy homemade bread or other baked goods! :)
