I’m subletting my room for 4 months this summer while I’m away. The room is fully furnished, and all personal belongings will be removed before move-in.
Rent: $1250/month (all utilities included)
The apartment is located on UBC campus with an incredible view, and includes access to a gym. It’s a short walk to Wreck Beach, about 10 minutes to grocery stores, and very close to major bus routes with easy access to the rest of Vancouver.
UBC is especially beautiful in the summer !
About the roomies
The unit is shared with three female roommates during the school year, however there is a good chance the apartment will be partially vacant over the summer, offering a quieter and more private living environment.
