Quiet neighborhood, close to transit. Medium size bedroom in upper house. Laundry available, shared washroom. Christian home.non smokers. Large patio and private backyard. Internet included but would prefer someone who sticks to the room for tv. No overnight visitors. Street parking available.

I live in this home with my two children and small dog. I work full time and the kids are mostly at school. Christian family. My six year old is extremely friendly and energetic and will want to be your best friend. My 17 yr old son only leaves his room for food, work, gym and school. Rarely have visitors over. I have adhd and leave stuff all over the place, cupboards open. I do clean often too but if seeing things on the counter and toys in the living room, and you’re a super clean freak this probably isn’t your place. I work from home 3 days a week. Office in the kitchen. I also have a small business so once a month the kitchen becomes a candle, soap making factory for a week.
