About the roomies
I’m an 18-year-old second-year psych student at the University of Lethbridge. I lived alone last year and it got a bit isolating, so I’m looking for a roommate to make the space feel more social and fun. I’m looking for a roommate that’s preferably a girl in first or second year who’s respectful, tidy, communicative (even when it’s awkward), and easygoing. Also—this is an inclusive space, so no bigotry of any kind. I’m pretty tidy (not obsessive) and keep things fairly quiet. I don’t have a lot of guests—my boyfriend might stay over occasionally, and my parents (also the landlords) pop by once in a while and are super chill. I’m usually busy during the week and often go home to Calgary on weekends, so you’ll get the place to yourself sometimes. I’m outgoing and would love to be friends, but I also respect alone time and boundaries. I like a chill, comfortable, low-drama home where we can chat, hang out sometimes, but also do our own thing. We’d split chores and occasionally pick up shared essentials (toilet paper, cleaning stuff, etc.). No smoking inside, but the balcony’s fair game.
Important: I have a cat named Theodosia who is literally the sweetest ever—she’s non-negotiable and very loved. I’m open to other pets, just want to talk it through first.
