About the property
Serious inquiries only and please give a brief description about yourself as its important that we get along and there is common courtesy and a respectful environment in the house. Wont be responding to ‘is this available’. My current housemate is leavning end of May and I’m looking for someone to take his place. I live in Canada for about 4 months in a year and I travel the rest of the year. I am going to my home country in November for 7-8 months so you get the entire house when Im not there. But for the few months that I am there, you pay half rent (i.e. $1150 only) and have the bedroom to yourself. The Living room is 13’3“ X 12’5“ and has a partition door . This will be my room when I am in Canada… This room has a closet and an IKEA living bed that can open up to a king size bed. Pictures show a 75“ smart TV, a study desk with massage chair, a comfy sofa and the IKEA bed. The bedroom is 11’8“ X 9’6“ and also has an IKEA bed with a 55inch TV and a large mirrored closet. The window has an uninterupted view of English bay and you get access to the balcony. Common facilities and services such as kitchen, washroom, bath, etc are to be shared when I am around. There is a communal laundry facility on the same floor. Cleaning responsibilities will be shared when I’m around. The apartment is very clean and tidy and I seek someone who independent, mature, knows how to be cordial and civil and cleans up and keeps everything very presentable. I am just looking for someone to pay the monthly rent when I’m not there for 7 to 8 months and not profit from it hence the amount is low for the area and views. Wifi, heating and all utilities are included. An occupancy agreement will need to be signed with the building management. Also your name will be added to the home insurance. Please be prepared to share a local reference and a background check will be done. Deposit - $1150
