2 blocks from Market Mall and five minutes (car) to UofC. Free street parking or one driveway spot. Walk to Safeway and banks. Because by Mall there is easy quick bus access to various places including C-train. South facing place so gets nice sunlight and has huge 4ft+ skylight in kitchen. River access is just five houses away so if like nature escapes this is an ideal place. Great for friendly, responsible respectful person. Not good for party, drinking or drug type person.

One roommate is male UofC engineering student. Friendly, clean, easy going.
