Looking for a bright, comfortable space in an unbeatable location? We have a private room opening up on the main floor of our home!

The Location: The location is honestly a dream, especially if you’re a student or young professional. We are in the quiet and safe Banff Trail NW neighborhood. The Banff Trail C-Train station is just a 5-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop right across the street. You can easily get to UofC, SAIT, or Downtown in 15 minutes or less.

The Room: The room gets fantastic natural light thanks to large windows and 8-foot ceilings. It has nice laminate flooring and comes with its own lock and key for your privacy. The main bathroom (with tile flooring) is right next door. Currently, the room is unfurnished so you can personalize it and decorate it to your liking, but if you need it furnished, I can also offer that option for a small extra charge. The House & Perks: You’ll have full access to a fully equipped shared kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, and plenty of dedicated storage space just for you). The house features a great backyard with a fire pit area to hang out, a front yard, basement laundry, and back parking.

The Details:

Utilities are included (water, electricity, gas and internet).

High-speed internet is available.

A damage deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.

24-hour access.

We are a friendly and easygoing couple. As professionals, we highly value a clean, quiet, and respectful home.

We’re not a party house (smoking is strictly prohibited inside), but we love enjoying the patio and relaxing around the fire pit on a nice weekend. We keep the common areas tidy and respect everyone’s space and schedules.
