Looking for a chill roommate in a great apartment! You’d have your own private bedroom, and your own bathroom, and you’d only be sharing the space with me. The kitchen and living space is shared, and the apartment is in a really nice area that’s super close to WLU and not far from UW.

Rent was originally $1120/month per person, but when you sign the lease, we each get a $875 Visa gift card (you can use it however you want!). If you put it toward rent, it brings the monthly cost down to about $1045.

In the photo, the “dining” will be your room. It is an unfurnished room with lovely natural light, and the bathroom would be all yours.

Internet and gas are included, only hydro is extra and will be split between us.

I’m totally fine with pets, smokers, drinkers, anything. I just ask that you help keep our common areas tidy, I don’t care what your room looks like lol!

My name’s Brianna, I’m 19 and going into my second year at WLU comp sci. I’m easygoing, don’t bring people over, and will bake for us! I’m not a huge partier, so I’ll be in most nights probably watching some movies!
