Great area thats quiet and safe near west syde but not in it, a town house with a small room available for rent, near a bus stop around 3 mins away that comes frequently, trails right behind the place, and has a river trail, has a AWESOME catio, is decorated and includes 2 closets for renter. Includes internet, washer and dryer, shower and bath.
