Hello! 🙂

We have two bedrooms available, one upstairs and one downstairs in a basement suite. The room is $600, with utilities included except for WiFi, which is about $20 per person since it’s split between four people.

A few highlights: • Chill and friendly household • Cuddly cats 🐈 • Huge windows with nice sunlight and a great view ☀️ • Affordable and tidy space

There are cats in the apartment, so you’d have to be okay with living with them. There are currently three students in the house, two girls and one boy, myself, and we’re preferably looking for female roommates, but not exclusively.

We’re quiet and respectful, and we like having movie nights, so it would be nice to live with people who have similar vibes. We’re pretty chill overall, as long as everyone does their part, we’re happy. It’s a nice, affordable place.

There are two shared bathrooms, along with a shared living room and kitchen space with most appliances included. We also have laundry in the apartment. There’s a large patio area outside, and the living room has two big windows with a really nice view.

There’s one parking spot available in the driveway, and street parking is also available, except during winter.

We are respectful, quiet but social students and want to find friends to share a space with 🙂 We’re big into video games and tend to be up at weird hours. We like art, animals, cafés, hiking, and going out with friends. We would love to find people with similar interests!

Guests are welcome, in moderation of course.

If you’re a female roomie who might be on the fence when it comes to moving in with a guy, I am more than happy to meet up in a neutral place of your choice, call, or do whatever would help you feel more comfortable. I know that it can feel like a bit of a “stepping on glass” thing, so I want to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. Just be sure to let me know what you need.
