About the room

We live at 1235 Marlborough Court, right beside Sheridan College and about a 5-minute walk to campus. Our apartment is on the top floor, and we have a really beautiful view of the CN Tower. We’re hoping to find a woman who is a student, recent graduate, or full-time worker. The apartment has in-unit laundry, and the shared spaces are already fully furnished. You would just need to furnish your own room. The room available is the master bedroom, which has its own full bathroom and walk-in closet. Rent is $1,310/month plus utilities, which are usually around $60–$70/month. We’re hoping for someone to move in around July 1.
