The room is on the third floor of a detached house, with a large west-facing window that gets great natural light, especially in the afternoons. Being on the top floor also means more privacy and less noise. The home includes a shared living room with an east-facing balcony overlooking the backyard, which gets nice morning light. Laundry is in-unit, and the neighbors in the units below are quiet, which helps keep the overall atmosphere calm. The location is ideal, close to Leslieville, Gerrard India Bazaar, and The Beaches. There are multiple grocery stores, parks, and restaurants nearby. Transit is very accessible, with a 24-hour streetcar and a short bus ride to Line 2 subway.

I’m a female in my 30s working in hospitality, so my schedule can vary. I keep my home pretty calm and low-key for the most part, and I value having a clean, respectful space to come back to. I tend to keep to myself but I’m friendly and approachable, and I appreciate open, easy communication in the house. I’ll occasionally have a friend over, but it’s definitely not a party house. A heads up when it comes to guests is preferred. There’s also a friendly cat here. She’s good with people but doesn’t do well with other animals, so you’d need to be comfortable living with a cat and mindful not to let her outside.
