About me: -I have a hypo-allergenic dog because of allergies in my family and less vacuuming for me. She is beautiful and quiet so 1 is plenty. I am a professional worker. -I am living in the house.

Roomies: -Upper rooms: share bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and roommate fridge (do not use owner’s main bathroom and fridge). 3 people total would share the upper bathroom.

House: My house is close to Fanshawe south, Victoria hospital and close to the 401. Intersection is Commissionaires and Deveron. Closed in backyard and you are more than welcome to use it. -There are house guidelines to follow, mainly keeping things clean to respect others using the shared space.

What is Included: -Price includes furnished room, wifi, heat, AC, hydro, water (be respectful how much water and electricity you are using to avoid splitting the cost), laundry machine, bath towels, basket, and bed sheets. Kitchen items are shared.

-Cable and TV is not included.

House guideline: -Please no outdoor shoes worn in the house (wear slippers because of no carpets. -No house parties/sleepovers (to respect those who work early in the morning) -Please put things back when you use an item. -Please take care of your hygiene :) -MUST BE A CLEAN PERSON-not just say to get a room please. -More detailed in the contract (mainly keeping house clean to respect others who share the space)

House is on Lochern Road. Not Locherm.

Quiet Ukraine sisters are living upstairs. We are looking for 1 more to join our little family. 1 works at 6 am so she gets up at 4 in the morning. So no sleepovers upstairs to avoid conflicts. Walls are thin.

Please, no cooking fish in the house.
