I have an hypoallergenic dog. She is friendly. She loves her space and prefers to not share with other animals.

• Single Bed (in process of getting a double bed) Room – $900/month – Avail. Jan. 1 2027

About the Home:

The homeowner is a professional worker who lives in the home and takes pride in maintaining a calm, clean, and comfortable environment. The home is shared with a small well-trained hypoallergenic dog named Lemoni 🐾

Upper-level roommates share:

• Bathroom • Kitchen • Laundry room • Roommate fridge • Outdoor space • Sharing cost of household items. (optional) Owner can get items and roommates pay or roommates can discuss payments. I am open to any changes as not all roommates will be the same.

The home also has a fully enclosed backyard that borders are welcome to enjoy.

• Furnished room • Wi-Fi • Heat, AC, hydro & water, Internet • Laundry access • Bed sheets, towels & laundry basket, hangers (pictures in posting and in bedrooms). • Shared kitchen items

(Cable & TV not included). Getting a TV is in the process.

House Guidelines:

This is a peaceful shared home best suited for someone respectful, hygienic, and genuinely clean. House guidelines are mainly focused on keeping shared spaces tidy and comfortable for everyone.

• Please wear slippers instead of outdoor shoes. This is to protect floors. • No parties or sleepovers to respect roommates work schedule. • Female guests only. • Male visitors require owner approval for protection/comfort to the other girls. • Please return shared items after use • No fried fish or curry due to sensitivities •Parking available (small car) designated spot. Friends/ family park on the street.
