Situated in downtown Fonthill on a tree lined older street, within walking distance of the Meridian Center, and all local amenities. Room is currently furnished but can be rented unfurnished. Located on the second floor with access to a second room which could be used as an office or living space. Bathroom and Kitchen are shared with owner. Renter will also have access to the second floor balcony, large yard, fire pit, and bbq. Parking for one car.

I’m a easy going, mostly happy woman who works in education and is currently launching a business. I work predominantly from home.
