it’s a basement apartment that has everything except for a stove, but I have a 13 in one toaster oven and plug-in, burners, and frying pans… Walk out basement separate bathroom only thing shared would be the front entrance and laundry, looking for preferably a female student perhaps or someone that doesn’t drive because I only have one parking spot

I have someone using a room upstairs, but he’s barely here because he works 12 hours a day and he basically just eats and showers here and then goes home on his days off and then myself… I’m very clean for the most part and quiet and I’m not here a lot and when I am, I’m just cooking or cleaning or relaxing I’m not working right now, so I’m renting some space in my place to help pay my bills while I take courses and start a business
