We only have one cat in the house. Rarely goes to basement. NOT ALLOWING MORE ANIMALS.

Only a 2min drive to the 417Highway and a short 10min walk to the Place D’Orleans OCTranspo bus station. Ottawa University and LaCité Collegial located a 40-45min bus ride.

No smoking and vaping allowed in property

Room comes unfurnished. Parking is available at no extra cost.

The rent is currently at $1000 however we are open for discussion.
