The townhouse is located in a friendly and well maintained complex near transit routes and major roadways in the Sweetgrass neighbourhood. It is close to shopping and grocery stores in Century Park and Southgate. Multiple walking paths and parks are nearby.

The room can be rented unfurnished or furnished with a twin bed and a desk. The rest of the house would be shared with me. There is a shared, full bathroom on the upstairs floor and a half bathroom on the main floor. Non smoking home.

House will be shared with home owner (me). I’m in my early 40s, enjoying reading, music, walks in the neighbourhood. I work as a pastor in a neighbouring community. I enjoy getting to know new people and places and learning about other cultures. I tend to be on the quiet side, tidy.
