It’s a 3B 1bath — shared spaces are furnished and your room would come with a single bed, with the option to negotiate with the current tenant if you would like to keep additional furniture. Slight caveat is that the room is a den without window access, but the rest of the apartment receives quite a bit of light and you are free to use the balcony. We would love someone laid back, clean, and social!

Eamon is a recent MA Economics graduate at UofT from Australia. He is a keen guitarist (only owns an acoustic for now so your ears are safe), loves going to bars, half-marathon runner, can make a mean Margarita (also included in the rent), and is always up for a chat. He tends to spend quite a bit of time outside of the house and will probably begin full-time work in July/August latest. Evelyn finished her marketing course last year and is currently job hunting while taking on some remote curating work from home on weekdays — hoping to get settled somewhere in Toronto soon too! She is a big film buff, so don’t be surprised to find her disappear to catch a film every now and then. You’re always more than welcome to join 🙂
