This is a room for rent in a beautiful home. Rent is split evenly 3 ways. The house is fully furnished except your bedroom, you will need to provide your own bedroom furniture. You are responsible for your own food and personal items. I ask that you clean up after yourself and help with household chores. All utilities are included in the rent. Please no heavy drinkers or drug users. I have 2 small dogs but the landlord will not allow anymore pets
