The room is ~9.5 x 7.5 ft with a closet and fits a double bed, dresser, and nightstand. You’ll share a bathroom (tub/shower) plus a bright living area, dining space, updated kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Parking included (2 spots on the driveway + 1 in the garage).

We’re two 26-year-old female professionals, who are pretty low-key during the week, but enjoy movie nights, dinners, board games, and going out on weekends.
