About the room

Private room for rent close to UBCO campus. Looking to sublet the room in the basement for the summer, with potential to get a one-year lease from September. The room has a queen-sized bed, a desk, a closet, and a cupboard. Bathroom shared with one other person. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry upstairs. Wifi included. The house is full of students.

About the roomies

We are all male students attending UBC Okanagan. We like to keep a clean and organized environment. We do occassionally get together to watch a basketball game or just socialize.
