Private room for rent

Hello!

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease with the goal of renewing in August for a year.

Home qualities:

located in east college park with quick access to 8th St and college drive
rent is 700 (not including utilities)
home is on the corner of a crescent so has a large fenced back yard with a fire pit
I have the smaller room so have garage parking
area is quiet with mostly small families and other students
landlord has been amazing to work with and the only reason for moving is getting married
4-level split with a breakfast nook, large kitchen and open living room
home is well maintained and all of us are very neat
it is a shared bathroom with one other roommate but that’s never been an issue

Ideal takeover would be between May 1-7th (ideally closer to the 7th)

Utilities are usually about 100-130 a month

Laundry in basement

Automatic locking front door
