New Waterfront home on Georgian Bay with sunset view and plenty of nature. Use of full Kitchen, BBQ and a bar fridge. 2 Decks. The home has 2 ½ wash rooms. Extra storage in the garage and in the dry basement for you. The home is well heated and air conditioned. All amenities are close by car and you can borrow a bike and cycle or even walk to downtown. YMCA, Georgian Bay Regional Hospital, Waypoint Hospital, Georgian College, Food Land, Food Basics, Super Store, Hardware, Coffee shops, Fast Food Stores, Gyms, Canadian Tire. There is also the Penetang bus across the street, that connects to the Midland and Simcoe County Bus that brings you to RVH (Barrie’s new Hospital)

There are 2 in total that will share the 4 bedroom home. We are very neat and quiet and do not party, drink, or smoke. We generally keep to ourselves and get along. I have a boat and like to cook and sometimes bake. The other person is extremely quiet and goes on nature walks and is rarely seen and rarely cooks. There are parks and tennis and pickle ball courts within walking distance.
