I have a 6 bedroom house in the Village of Macrorie, about 17 kms to Outlook, Saskatchewan and a little over an hour’s drive to Saskatoon. This property is perfect for seasonal workers or senior roommates who winter in warmer climates from December 1st to April 1st. The house gets shut down and everyone heads for a nice warm climate for 4 months. If you plan on returning, you can leave your belongings in the house and you don’t pay rent while the house is shut down so you can use your rent money to spend at that nice warm destination that you like to go to. Some hobbies might include music as there is an organ and guitar on site. Maybe model railroading can be done in the basement? A garden could be planted. Enjoy card games with your roommates and perhaps some potluck dinners. Maybe take a road trip to Regina or Saskatoon or a trip elsewhere?

I am not at the house very often. I have been a snowbird to Mesa, Arizona for 3 winters now. I had some electricians who were working on a nearby project, stay most of last year and moved out on December 31st. Before that, I had some seasonal hwy. workers who redid hwy. 45 over a 2 yr. period. The house is now vacant and I would like to see some like minded senior snowbirds enjoy the house as their home base or some more seasonal workers. I might be out there from time to time to host a visitor to the area.
