Room for Rent: Quiet NW Neighborhood (Royal Oak) ​Looking for a roommate! We have a space available in a peaceful residential area in Royal Oak, NW. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood, perfect for someone looking for a calm environment. ​Location & Convenience ​Amenities: About a 15-minute walk to Walmart, Starbucks, various restaurants, and more. ​Transit: The nearest C-Train station is Tuscany Station. There is a bus stop near the house, and it’s only about a 5-minute bus ride to the station. ​Room Details: Bonus Room ($580/month) ​This is a spacious Bonus Room located at the top of the stairs to the left. ​Privacy: While the room does not have a traditional door, our own rooms are located down the hall to the right, so the space is not visible from our area and remains very quiet. We also provide a room divider for your comfort and privacy. ​Furnishings: The room comes fully furnished with a bed, sofa, dresser, and mirror.

We are a family of three (my husband, our child, and myself), and we currently have one other roommate living with us. We maintain a very warm, “at-home” atmosphere, so you can feel safe and welcome here from day one.
