This is a safe and quiet neighborhood, perfect for someone looking for a calm environment. Location & Convenience Amenities: About a 15-minute walk to Walmart, Starbucks, various restaurants, and more. Transit: The nearest C-Train station is Tuscany Station. There is a bus stop near the house, and it’s only about a 5-minute bus ride to the station. Room Details: Bonus Room ($580/month) This is a spacious Bonus Room located at the top of the stairs to the left. Privacy: While the room does not have a traditional door, our own rooms are located down the hall to the right, so the space is not visible from our area and remains very quiet. We also provide a room divider for your comfort and privacy. Furnishings: The room comes fully furnished with a bed, sofa, dresser, and mirror.
