We have a choice between a furnished master bedroom with two closets for $1,000 a standard size furnished room for $800 a month in our family home, ideal for a student or working adult. We do not require 1st and last but it is preferable if staying several months Our home is clean, quiet, and respectful There is one child and two adults living in home on main floor and another adult family member in lower apt

Location: • 5‑minute walk to Yorkdale Subway Station (University Line, entrance on our street) • 10‑minute walk to Yorkdale Mall, Dufferin Street shops/cafés, and Fortinos at Allen Lawrence Square • Easy access to parks and a friendly neighbourhood • 20–40 minutes to many campuses; about 20 minutes by subway to downtown Toronto What’s included: • Shared kitchen (fridge shelf + cupboard space, cooking utensils) • Living and dining room access • Wi‑Fi and all utilities • Laundry with detergent included (flexible schedule) • Large yard; secure space to lock a bicycle • Optional parking available for an extra fee House rules: • Clean and quiet household • Clean up after yourself (dishes in dishwasher) • No overnight guests Rates: • $800/month (standard) • $900/month (2‑month stay) • $250/week (under 1 month) Who we welcome: • Students (including international students) • Working adults • Guests who are tidy, respectful, and okay living in a home with a young child

“Host Info” Because this is a family home with a young child, all guests are required to complete a brief screening process: • Phone call followed by an in‑person meeting at the house • Valid photo ID (passport, study permit, or driver’s licence) • Vulnerable Sector Check or equivalent background screening

We are a family A Nana, a mother and her 5 year old child with an adult male ( family) in lower unit of house We have had students for about 5 years The last one stayed 3 years and we all got along well It is a quiet house mostly but can be lively given we are a family
