$1220 all-in room in Little Portugal | May 15 move-in We’re looking for a new roommate for our place in Little Portugal. Rent is $1220/month including utilities, with a May 15 move-in. The house is warm, cozy, and full of character, with hardwood floors, a bright shared living room, full kitchen, in-house laundry, a balcony, and a really nice overall vibe.

The location is a huge plus. There is a streetcar right outside the house, and you’re surrounded by some of the best cafés, restaurants, bars, and neighbourhood spots in the city. We’re looking for someone respectful, easy-going, and clean who wants a comfortable home rather than just a place to crash.

Room is unfurnished! So you can bring your furniture and set the room up based on your vibe :)
