• Private room for single occupancy in a detached house in the upper floor, Available Sep 1st. • Preferably seeking to rent to working professional but open to other options. The room has plenty of natural lighting and the full washroom is shared with two persons. The room has a closet with large mirrors. Laundry available. • No cooking but can use the microwave and can provide a space for essential kitchen utensils such a cutlery, some cups and dishes • Convenient location close to hospital, transit, shopping, Professor’s Lake and local amenities. ⁠5 minutes walking distance to various Brampton transit bus • No pets

Two persons live upstairs including the owner. Very polite, quiet and respectful people and we expect the same from the roommate.
