Modern, furnished, 2 bed 2 bath basement suite; your room will come with a queen bed frame, small dresser, desk lamp + tall lamp. You will have a walk-in closet, and the hallway bathroom will be entirely yours! Utilities are ~40$/month, but street parking and laundry (in-house) are both free!
Located in the Dunbar area with close proximity to Save on Foods, London Drugs, the R4 bus line, a gas station, and more!
About the roomies
I am a 24-year-old UBC graduate in Combined Oceanography and Biology! I currently work in a kitchen, but have aspirations to pursue education and teach the sciences :)
I’m big on the outdoors; you can often find me running forest trails, perusing lil invertebrates in tide pools at low tide, or making mushrooms my subjects for photography!
As any of my family or friends will describe, I’m an easygoing guy and am super accommodating. I’ll be excited to learn more about you and talk about myself in person!
(You’ll also be living with my two adorable furry roommates, so being a cat person is a must!)
