the room itself is pretty spacious and comes with a good closet, so you’re not crammed for space. The unit also has individual HVAC. The location is probably the biggest plus it’s right in core downtown. Like literally 1 minute walk to TMU, and about 10 minutes to UofT by streetcar/subway, so it’s super convenient if you’re going between campuses or around the city.

The building has a lot of useful amenities too — there’s a gym, study, and conference rooms, which is great if you want to study somewhere other than your room. There’s also bike storage, a small outdoor sitting area, and laundry in the building, so everything you need is right there. There’s also a common kitchen/lounge area downstairs if you ever want more space or to hang out. students ONLY

Right now it’s just a 2 bed, 1 bath unit. I’m the one moving out, so you’d be taking my room.
