About the room

Located near the financial district in downtown Toronto, right near the Queen subway & streetcar line. The apartment is spacious and common spaces are furnished. The room itself is currently a portioned area in the living room with built walls and a curtain for privacy. The third roommate would share a bathroom with one other roommate. Water, heat, and AC are included in the rental price. Hydro (based on monthly usage) and internet are separate. In-unit laundry, building gym, resident party room, and balcony with bbq’s!
