Owner occupied with 1 other student. Shared kitchen, 1.5 washrooms, laundry in basement, shared fridge with other tenant. WIFI and utilities included. No parties, overnights, or any drugs allowed on premises. I have animals so must be very respectful of them and home. Only add on’s are household cleaning supplies and toilet paper and of course your own personal items. Must be very clean and not mind shared cleaning duties.
