Private fully furnished basement with your own living room and ensuite bathroom in a 3 bedroom duplex, the only things you would have to share would be the front door entrance, laundry (upstairs) and kitchen space. Utilities and internet included in the rent. Grocery stores, a rec center, the LRT, and other amenities are all within a walkable distance. There is a bus stop directly behind the back yard, and plenty of guest/street parking is available.

I was supposed to move in here with a friend, but she ended up finding a great career opportunity outside of the city. I now have a whole duplex all to myself that I’m looking to share with a kind, chill, and responsible person. I’m easy going, I don’t make much noise and while I’m pretty friendly and sometimes more outgoing, I’m generally more introverted and keep to myself so you won’t have to worry about noise or chaos. I’m tidy and very respectful of shared areas, and hoping to find a roomie with similar traits.

Please no smoking indoors, and no vaping in the shared spaces, as I have asthma issues. I’m a plant and art lover so you will see lots around my parts of the house. I will stay on the main & upper level of the home, and the basement will be fully your domain. The kitchen and laundry room will be our only shared spaces, so you will have plenty of privacy. Open to both short and long term renters.
