Large fully finished basement with your own ensuite bathroom in a 3 bedroom townhouse, the only things you would have to share would be laundry and kitchen space.

I was supposed to move in here with a friend, but she ended up finding a great career opportunity outside of the city. I now have a whole townhouse all to myself that I’m looking to share with a kind, chill person. I’m easy going, I don’t make much noise and while I’m pretty friendly and sometimes more outgoing, I’m generally more introverted and keep to myself so you won’t have to worry about noise or chaos. I’m tidy and very respectful of shared areas, and hoping to find a roomie with similar traits. Please no smoking unless you do it outside, and no vaping in the shared areas if you must, as I have asthma issues.
