5 min walk from metrotown/ brand new XL smart home washer/dryer/ kitchen has new dishwasher and garburater/ internet & utils included we just decided to rent this house in seperate rooms monthly so its new to us too! 7br house but only renting 4 of the rooms out rest will remain empty.

Top floor bdrms(singles only) are identical in size and price roughly 200 sq ft? $800 each. This floor has full climate control . Meaning contrlos for (electric) the heat are in each room as well as the shared extra large newly renovated washroom (same floor) and hallway as well. Main Floor rooms 1 avialable May1st, other July 1st (couples welcome) are $1100 singles, $1300 couples.
