One bedroom in a 6 bedroom 2 bathroom house with big windows and spacious rooms. Right across from Dal campus: 2 minute walk to Dalplex, 5 minute walk to Killian library, 20 minute walk to downtown. 5 minute walk to two major bus stops.

Fully furnished with utilities and laundry included. Both bedroom and kitchen get lots of sunlight, and the house is also a five minute walk to Oakland Park docks! We have a large backyard with a barbecue and a fire pit. We are hoping to also get a hotub soon :)

We are a homey household that has a good balance between our studies as well as our social life. We like to plan hangouts and special nights out and would love to find someone who matches our interests.
