The home is located on a quiet street. Groceries, gym, movies, restaurants, and other amenities are all within a 3-4 minute drive. A few minutes’ walk to the bus stops (88, 62, 67, 162, 667, 668). Home has four rooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen with granite countertops. A pretty big backyard. The kitchen, living room, family room, and basement are shared. The rent includes all utilities (heating, hydro, water, and internet). The room can be furnished.

There are currently three of us living on the main floor of the home in a very calm, low key environment where we all keep to ourselves and maintain a quiet atmosphere. We are looking for a respectful roommate for the basement bedroom who values a peaceful living space and a sanctuary like home. While the main kitchen and bathroom are shared on the upper floor, I am happy to provide a small induction heater and an exhaust fan if you prefer the convenience of cooking privately in the basement. This setup is ideal for someone tidy and independent who is looking for a quiet, reliable place to live.
