The room is medium sized and in a separate second unit with own kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Location is a 3-minute walk from West Harbour go, near Bayfront Park and many restaurants and cafes. Great and quiet neighbourhood.

I’m a respectful and easygoing roommate who values everyone’s privacy and personal space. I make a point to keep shared areas clean and organized, and I’m always accommodating when it comes to schedules or household needs. I’m pretty laid-back to live with and enjoy a balanced lifestyle like spending time working out, listening to music, and gaming in my downtime. Overall, I aim to create a comfortable, considerate, and stress-free living environment for everyone.

The main unit consists of three other renters who are also kind and respectful. We have a habit of hanging out to socialize from time to time, and you’re more than welcome to join the circle!
