• High-speed Wi-Fi — gym, yoga studio, BBQ area, terrace, theater/movie room, party room, and garden.

The condo sits right by a running track and park and has lots of cute cafes, restaurants and grocery shops (including a 24hr Rabba store and Shoppers Drug Mart).

Transportation is very convenient: 2 minutes away from street cars and bus stops!
