What’s shared: A full bathroom with a deep, lovely tub. Kitchen, living room, dining room — spaces that have held laughter, silence, and everything between Laundry A fenced backyard and garden space (permaculture enthusiasts will feel quietly understood here)
Animals are welcome, with a conversation first.
Below, in the basement and garage, an artist works and lives — the homeowner. A kind but infrequent presence. He appears occasionally, usually at peculiar hours, like a character passing through a dream, then disappears again — often to Bali or the west coast islands.
The arrangement:
