House is 23 minutes walk to UFV-Abbotsford and 10 min drive to Airport-Abbotsford. It is very close to highway 1, McCallum Junction Commercial Centre, city bus stop to/from UFV and bus exchange to Chilliwack and Vancouver.
While we do weekly upkeep of shared areas, we also ask you to be responsible and clean up after yourself especially in the shared areas.
About the roomies
My sister and niece and two other long term nice working gentlemen who are mostly quietly in their rooms or at work. This is a great peaceful environment. Common areas is maintained by my niece but we expect responsible adults do their part by cleaning after their own.
