Looking for a roommate to live in my house with me. There is two bathrooms, three bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. Finished basement, laundry room, storage room, full kitchen on main floor, living room, dining room which is just set up as a lounge area to relax or read whatever you like to do. Full size front yard, fenced back yard, trampoline, large inground heated pool, concrete deck, raised wood deck, closed in garage for storage and other activities, shed in back yard. High speed internet. Shortreed Ave is within a two minute walk to public school, parks, sports fields, shopping outlets. I work straight days for the City of Guelph, I’ve got two kids Girl and Boy 7&8 yrs old which I have part time after school each day and every other weekend. I’d prefer a single parent or someone that likes kids. I have one dog his name is Brian he’s an American Bulldog he is a good dog and a watchful eye. He loves kids and attention he is a big strong dog though so it helps if you are familiar with living with a dog. I like the house to be clean and tidy and I keep the yard clean and maintained. The pool which I will have open by the end of May has a shallow end and deep end it’s got stairs that walk into it and a ladder. Nice gardens front and back, bbq in back yard, fire pit area in back yard. It’s a fun house to live at and there’s always things to do. I’m not looking to have big parties and events at my house, entertaining in a proper manor is totally cool though. Large driveway with plenty of parking space. Utilities included gas/hydro/internet $1400 per month or $350 per week. Based on how the meeting goes I may ask for a background check or I may not. You will be responsible for cleaning up your own messes and doing your own dishes.

Myself and two kids part time. Dog. I’m back and fourth to Guelph daily sometimes I may stay there. My kids sleep at their mothers on week nights. My kids are at the house every other weekend when it’s my turn to have them.
