Rental Details: The total rent is $2300, split equally at $1150 per person (plus shared electricity). I’m looking for a roommate from July 1 to August 30, 2026, as I’ll be staying for this duration. The arrangement is month-to-month. If you’d like to extend your stay beyond August or your plans change, you can discuss options directly with the landlord. First and last month’s rent is required.

Room details: You’ll be taking over the second room,its spacious and has its own closet, bed frame.

Furniture Included by Landlord: Dining table, 2 dining chairs, computer chair, sofa, coffee table, TV, TV stand, 2 beds, and,dishwasher,washing machine and dryer.
