The unit has no laundry but next to the unit there is a laundry service which is around $3 for washing and $2 for drying.The place is just a minute walk to the bus stops, grocery stores, bank, Halifax common, Hospital , KFC, Mcdonald and some restaurants. Must be responsible for keeping the place clean and discard garbage according to the assigned schedule.. Sorry no pets and smoking allowed inside the unit. No car park available only street parking.Thank you.
