Female owner would like to rent a room out and share my living space with a female student. I’m an empty nester of two grown daughters and now I am wanting to share my home with a female student. I own a three bedroom three bathroom condo/townhouse in Stonebridge. I am an open and friendly person that is respectful of boundaries and would be looking for someone who also is good with boundaries. I would love to have a friendly, peaceful environment, free of smoking and pets. I am organized, clean and tidy and expect the same out of my roommate. We will share kitchen, living room, laundry, basically the house however we will have our own bedroom and own bathroom each! There is free parking, Wi-Fi, and all utilities are included!

I’m an artsy lady that loves house plants and the great outdoors! My two daughters are grown and both are now out in Alberta living their best lives!! I work in Saskatoon, and I have an active social life. I would not be renting to more than one other person, so there would only be you if you rent and myself living here…feel free to ask me questions and to book to come have a look and meet me!
