Hello! I’m an empty nester with two grown daughters, and I’m looking to share my home with the right female student or professional who is seeking a comfortable, peaceful place to live. I have a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo/townhouse in Stonebridge that is clean, quiet, welcoming, and respectful of personal space. I truly value a calm and positive home environment and would love to offer the same feeling to someone who appreciates a cozy, drama-free place to come home to.

We would share the kitchen, living room, laundry, and common areas, while each having our own private bedroom and bathroom.

Available July 1: • Private third-floor spacious furnished bedroom and bathroom • $800 per mos. including all utilities, Wi-Fi, and free parking
