One good sized, unfurnished, clean room, available for September. It is on a quiet safe and friendly small street. Surrounded by several different green spaces. Walking distance to a local small grocery store and lots of restaurants and cafes. 10 min drive from either dt kitchener or waterloo. A few busses in the area short walking distance just off the street. Parking space available from a direct neighour at a cost. Lots of free street parking three seasons. Shared kitchen, livingroom and bathroom. Kitchen youll have your own cupboard space for your food and cookware; shared stove, shared microwave and dining table. Shared laundry in apartment same floor. Heat control in each room. Not suitable for couples and is a Child friendly home. Prefer students, but open to discussing.

Current roommate female but cool to love a respecrful male. best suited for someone who is looking to do their own thing/have more privacy as opposed to someone looking for a highly social companion situation. Im super friendly in our shared spaces but independent and doing my own thing :) I have been a long term student and now working/enjoying life. We also have a cat in the apartment.
