The only unfurnished space is the private bedroom, allowing you to set it up to your preference. A bed may also be available if needed.

About the roomies
My name is Mathew Vandepoele, I’m a 20-year-old male and a student at the University of Manitoba. I tend to be on the quieter side, but I’m definitely open to becoming friends with a roommate if that’s preferred. I’m also completely comfortable keeping things more independent and respecting personal space.
I’m around fairly often due to school. My hobbies include going to the gym, gaming, and watching TV shows and movies, so I do spend a good amount of time keeping to myself in my room. During the school year, I also head out on weekends to visit my girlfriend, so you would have some weekends with the place to yourself.
