10 minute walk from the West Edmonton mall, great central location on the west end.
1 bedroom with a large closet and massive window, comes with a double mattress and box spring, and a dresser, all other furniture you’d like will need to be provided by yourself, including any sheets/linens, and bedding.
Rent includes utilities (water and electricity), wifi, and tenant insurance.
Groceries are not included and you’re expected to provide them for yourself.
It’s a shared bathroom.
We have a dog and three cats so other pets are not allowed.
Cannabis usage is okay; strictly on the balcony or outside in a vehicle.
Parking can be added, or there is free street parking, parking spot in the parking lot would be an extra 25$ a month added on top of the 620$.
Shared kitchen space, you will be expected to maintain your own dish usage and cleaning, as well as maintain a clean room/personal space.
